Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MILO (Manufacturing Intelligence Line Operator), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use MILO.

2. Authorized Use

MILO is a business application provided to authorized employees and administrators of licensed manufacturing facilities. Access is granted by your organization's administrator. You may only use MILO for lawful, work-related purposes within your assigned role.

3. User Accounts and Credentials

Your Employee ID is your access credential. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share your ID with others. Report any unauthorized access to your system administrator immediately.

4. Data and Content

All operational data entered into MILO — including task records, scrap events, safety reports, and production data — belongs to your organization. MILO does not sell or share your organization's data with third parties.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: attempt to access data outside your assigned role; tamper with or reverse-engineer the system; enter false or misleading data; or use MILO in any way that violates applicable laws or your organization's policies.

6. Availability

MILO is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily limit availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the providers of MILO are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the system.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of MILO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
