• Employee identifiers (Employee ID, name, department, shift)
• Role assignments and access permissions
• Operational records: task logs, scrap events, safety reports, production data, maintenance records
• Login timestamps and session activity
• Uploaded files (photos, documents) associated with operational records

2. How We Use It

Data collected in MILO is used exclusively to:

• Provide role-appropriate dashboards and operational tools
• Generate shift reports, analytics, and operational intelligence
• Support safety and quality compliance tracking
• Enable supervisor oversight and corrective action workflows

3. Data Ownership

All data entered into MILO belongs to your organization (the licensed facility). MILO does not claim ownership of any operational data and does not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in a secure, hosted database. Access is restricted to authenticated users within their assigned role. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and session-based authentication.

5. Data Retention

Operational records are retained for the duration of your organization's subscription. Upon contract termination, your administrator may request a data export before deletion.

6. Access and Correction

Employees may request to view or correct their personal information (name, department, shift) through their MILO system administrator.

7. Cookies and Sessions

MILO uses a single session cookie to maintain your login state. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Theme preferences are stored in your browser's local storage.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of MILO after changes constitutes acceptance.
